The Prof. B.S.Upadhyaya Training Centre (PUTC) is located in the heart of Piton in the north of Mauritius, catering for the provision of training to the northern and eastern regions of Mauritius. PUTC is a pioneer in the field of Vocational and Technical Training in Wood trades, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Tractor and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance Fitting, Maintenance of Garden and Yard Equipment at National Certificate levels. It is the only MITD training centre which provides training in Tractor and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
